  The decorations were exceptional. Everything was laid out nicely. Just outside the Coyoacan historic center so less frantic but easy to walk there. We spent hours in the house enjoying the patio, the living room and the kitchen. Would definitely come again.
  The host showed us every room, button and door in the house and ensured we settled in properly too so that set us for a great start.

  The house was so cosy and fully stocked with everything you need! The area was quiet, and also close to a super market, and nearby Coyoacan downtown area. I really loved the place and highly recommend if you also plan to cook for yourselves.
  
  What could be improved: The area is quiet, so be ready for a 5 – 15 min walk to nearby places, and also a bit of a distance to reforma, condesa & other nice neighbourhoods.

  The house was perfectly located and close to various transportation options. The kitchen was very well supplied—it felt like home! The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Not only would I recommend it to others, but I would stay there again in a minute. In addition, the hosts were absolutely lovely and kind.

  Beautifully decorated. Comfortable to relax in bedrooms or living areas in both upstairs and down. Washer/ dryer. Location was quiet and easy walk to little coffee shop.

  This property was beautiful and so very well appointed. With our family of teens we had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and very usable and there is an excellent grocery store and wine shop within easy walking distance. Also the neighborhood of Coyoacan was wonderful – very close Uber or a manageable walk to the neighborhood center. And we always felt very secure.

  We loved the house. It was like staying in an art gallery. Super clean and with all the amenities that you may need. The fountain in the backyard was an extra gift because provided a space for relaxation. The location was perfect for us because we had everything within walking distance. The owner left a nice selection of fruit and a basket of breads for us to enjoy. Overall a spectacular place to stay and the owner could not be nicer; she even called within seconds of an earthquake to make sure we were ok. You can't pay for attention like that.
  
  What could be improved: We had some problem with the showers controlling the temperature of the water but we were warned by the owner upon arrival. Overall we rate this property as exceptional

  The host was very friendly and helpful in many ways. She met us at the home and showed us all the features of the house. She was available to answer questions any time and all the time. The home was the most beautifully decorated place I have ever stayed. Very comfortable and everything in the house was clean and working. A plus was a purified and filtered water system in the whole house. Each of the 3 main bedrooms had their own showers with a 4 th toilet room on the main floor. The rental was exceptionally great.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. All was great. It was convenient to Coyacan Center, which was good because of the terrible traffic in the entire Mexico City.

  Our group (4 unrelated adults) had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the patio for relaxing and the well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to questions we had about Coyoacan. The house is on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood but in close walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and shops. It is about a 20 minute walk to Coyoacan's central plaza. We would absolutely return to stay here, and highly recommend it to others.
