  Location is really good, security great and very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Dirty, looks like people are using the apartment and then didn’t clean it. Dirty bed sheets with stains same as mattress. Sharing 4 pics but I have more about how dirty was the facility.

  Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que ingresé, quedé sorprendido por la impecable limpieza que se mantenía en cada rincón. Las camas, notoriamente cómodas, ofrecieron un descanso de calidad, asegurando una noche de sueño reparador. Las toallas limpias y los utensilios de cocina disponibles agregaron un toque adicional de comodidad y conveniencia.
  
  El minimalismo elegante se manifestaba en cada detalle, desde la decoración hasta los servicios proporcionados. La ubicación estratégica permitía un fácil acceso a lugares destacados de la ciudad, añadiendo un valor adicional a mi experiencia. La velocidad del Wi-Fi superaba mis expectativas, proporcionando una conectividad rápida y confiable.

  Spacious apartment, good showers with hot water, online staff reply quickly. Ground staff are very kind and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Noisy due to location on a heavy traffic street. Poor communication between the property management company and staff on location, which caused some hiccups with the check in and parking. Sofa bed was not prepared (sheets or pillow not provided) even though we booked for max. capacity. Only 1 key provided for 5 adults.

  It's a private, extremely warm and cozy apartment. I loved the overall space and long balcony. Kitchen was well equipped, and I like there were only useful things. Great neighborhood and location, there are a few small stores and a couple large ones. Btw the hot water works perfectly. You will enjoy the apartment!
  
  What could be improved: I've recieved many automatic messages during our stay. In the very beginning I filled up all required forms and agreed with all rules of the stay. And when I asked for a favor to write me wifi password in the chat because I didn't find it – I got an answer that I need to find it in the guide. The rules were included phrases that we cannot leave our dog alone at the apartment, but obviously I can't take my dog with me everywhere.

  Edificio seguro.El departamento estaba limpio en general. Había estacionamiento disponible, lo cual es difícil de encontrar en CDMX, a pesar de ser compartido con otro vecino nos funcionó bien. Las amenidades del edificio.
  
  What could be improved: Las colchas tenían pelitos de perro, a pesar de que se veía que las habían lavado. No había más que un rollo de papel por baño para dos semanas de estadía y no había jabón de manos ni de trastes.
