  Mainly the location . We like the breakfast in spite of it was served in the room because of terrace renovation.
  
  What could be improved: The lights of the bathroom were bad . It was not comfortable to have the bathroom in the room with no table and chairs . The TV was not working well in one day ( the signal was bad )

  What could be improved: No water on the first night and most of the second day. The sewer smell was strong and you had to put toilet paper in a trash can.

  Leslie at the front desk, and Pedro and Sandra in the Breakfast Terrace made us feel like we were family members they were happy to welcome back! Delightful,cozy stay!

  The room was big and clean and the bathroom was also a good size. Good location in La Condesa. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and though the option was limited it was cooked very well.
  
  What could be improved: There was no water in the room so you have to go out and buy your own as there was also no mini bar. They will still doing work on the top floor which is where breakfast was situated. Even though my room was empty and ready they charged extra to check in early.
