  Excelente lugar! Mucho mejor de lo que se puede ver en fotos. Todo estaba impecable, olía delicioso. Un espacio muy acogedor y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. El sector es hermoso, muy tranquilo y central, cerca de los mejores restaurantes y tiendas, sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí. El personal es muy amable y nos ayudaron a parquear nuestro carro que era familiar y no cabía en el parking asignado. Se ocupan de que todo sea excelente! Nos fuimos felices 😍
  
  What could be improved: Todo estuvo excelente. Lo único “negativo” (que no lo pongo como un punto malo sino como algo por revisar) es que la presión del agua es muy baja y en la habitación principal no funciona la tele.

  Cuando regrese al CDMX definitivamente vuelvo a quedarme allá! La atención al cliente antes de llegar y durante la estancia fue agradable, el inmueble es muy lindo, cómodo y limpio; su ubicación es muy buena, queda cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas de ropa; se puede ir a pie al Bosque de Chapultepec (Museo de Antropología, Castillo de Chapultepec etc).

  It's a large apartment at a quiet street, with three bedrooms and 3.5 bath. A large living room with two balconies, plus a large kitchen. It is at walking distance to Av Presidente with many restaurants. Roughly 10 min walk you can reach Walmart Express and the Polanco metro station. Also, at 10 min walk you can reach the Anthropology Museum and the Forest of Chapultepec, which is a nice area to walk and relax. Door man is downstairs all the time so it feels very safe.
  
  What could be improved: Noises could be heard from time-to-time, like alarm, dog barks, and baby cries.

  Kitchen, televisions, drinkable water, everything was well equipped and working properly.
  The support from Ricardo was swift and cordial as well as that from Ramon.
  
  What could be improved: Not really related to the facility, but probably they may find a local solution to a regional problem in Polanco. At certain times, pipes stank.
