  Location, security, apartment.
  
  What could be improved: It was very dirty, hairs everywhere, kitchen was oily, plates and fireplace was oily too. We talk to the property and they came but they didn't do anything.
  
  It is a real pity the cleaning level for the place. Some dirt has been there for months.

  Clean and Spacious: The property was spotless and provided plenty of room, making it perfect for parents and a baby.

  Excellent, convenient location for a family visit nearby a metro station, supermarket cafés and a park. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the Netflix/ Claro video facilities too! It's pretty much exactly like the pictures. There is good security. We were super impressed with customer service when we accidentally left some items and they helped us get them back.
  
  What could be improved: A couple of the cups/plates were a bit chipped but no big deal for us when there are so many amazing places to eat out in Mexico City!
