  Great location, comfy beds and the apartment had everything we needed.
  
  What could be improved: No air conditioning made it very hot and difficult to sleep through the night. The street noise (barking dogs and loud cars) and mosquitos meant we couldn’t sleep with the windows open. There were fans but they were incredibly loud and just blew hot air around.

  Very calm and clean and spacious apartment.
  It was lovely to have the balcony. And everything was equipped well.
  The owners were very helpful and responsive with any queries.
  The location is perfect – close to so many nice parts of Mexico City.

  The location was excellent!! I loved how thorough our host was, inc fav restaurants and how to deal with earthquake. The place was spotless and exactly like photos.

  La Condesa is one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. This 3BR apartment is in a doorman building with friendly staff who buzz you in and out. I loved having a kitchen and, in particular, a washer and dryer (and detergent) in the apartment. The small but serviceable gym on the top floor can be reserved via the doorman. I would definitely stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing missing is a dishwasher (but dishwashing liquid, sponges, and a drying rack are provided).

  As it says on the packet, Amazing apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (no bath just showers), large living area with fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Nice balcony, in quiet residential area. It is well kept but we didn't have a chance to use the roof BBQ area or gym. The TV has all the usual movie platforms. Easy instructions from Pili about the getting the key. There is a 24 hour porter so it was no problem that we arrived almost at midnight. The neighbors on the street were very friendly.

  Extraordinary location, in the heart of La Condesa, and close to anything you want to see or need. It was clean and well equipped. It is very spacious and well decorated.
