  The staff were superb, always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to all the main areas of the city. My room was spacious, filled with natural light, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There’s also a washing machine and dryer available for guests, which was very convenient. I would 100% recommend MX Grand Suites and would definitely return again.

  It's a great accomodation to spend few days in the city. The room is spacious, there is Nespresso machine but coffee capsules are charged. The level of cleaninless is great. The rooms are quiet and the air con is well functioning. We were travelling with our kids that could comfortably sleep in the middle of the bed, that was extremely spacious. The area is full of bars and restaurants at every time of the day and night and 2 convenience stores nearby.
  
  What could be improved: I would add some dish detergent to be able for guests to clean their own cups. Apart from that everyting was great!

  Really very spacious room, a kitchen with all amenities, quiet and in a good location . All the staff were fantastic – they accommodated our arrival and departure times , gave us great recommendations and the room was meticulously cleaned every day . The location is very good – central but quiet , and with lots of restaurant options around . We would have gladly stayed for a month !

  Very impressed with the space and comfort of our suite. Delightful large balcony at rear of building, overlooking peaceful trees and birdlife. Exceptionaly helpful Xavier and Rigoberto almost always on hand at reception. Ideal location on a lively street with several good places to eat very close by. Decent access to main areas of interest in the city.

The online images accurately represented the rooms, but they were even more stunning in reality. The spacious and impeccably clean accommodations featured sleek, modern interiors that truly made us feel at home.
  The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of the city, with a vibrant array of local cafes and restaurants just steps away. Avenida Paseo de la Reforma is merely a block away, making exploration a breeze.
  What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service from the staff, particularly Javier at the front desk. He made our check-in process effortless and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our five-day stay. His courteous, professional, and welcoming demeanor made us feel valued and at ease.
