  Really good location, in walkable distance from the main tourist attractions. The area around the hotel felt safe to walk around. We would come back to the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The room was a bit tight, but big enough for two people. During our stay there was a protest going on, which affected the transport options from/to hotel. However, this might be something to expect when staying that close to the historic center.

  Good hotel in excellent location for the historic centre, restaurants and metro. All the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good enough English to cover for my poor Spanish!

  Very central yet rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was amazingly good

  It’s very central but if you get a room facing the inner court, it’s very quiet. The staff is nice and the bed is comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The only reason I take away one point was that I requested a quiet room when I booked. Then the hotel offered online check in and we get to choose our own room. I thought it was a really good idea. I spent some time studying the floor plan and got myself a room not facing the street. But when I checked in, they were not able to offer me that room. I asked if the new room would face the same side and is therefore not facing the street and is quiet. The lady assured me yes. But in the end it’s a room that’s on the opposite side facing a busy street. I had to switch room the next day because it’s so noisy. I just wish she would take my request seriously and check before she responds to avoid the trouble.

  My needs are simple: good location, clean, good bed, good shower and good wifi. NH was great on all counts. Easy walking to amazing museums. Parks. plazas, and restaurants. Staff was excellent. At breakfast I used the QR code to order and it took me to an internal survey. I noted all was great but that shower pressure was weak. That night, when I took my shower the water pressure was excellent. When I return to MX City I will stay here.

  A beautiful room every thing you need for your stay and here's a tip only get taxis with them don't get pink and white taxis they rip you off
