  We had a great experience staying at Neuchatel the place felt very secure every thing is high end they take extra precautions on who has access. The place smells great when you walk in it’s clean and the property had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. I love that there are stores and a mall at walking distance. I definitely recommend this place for anyone interested. I will return to stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: My only complaint is that the price was a bit expensive and the laundry room did have detergent.

  absolutely great facilities! highly recommend! they have washing machine, which is very important. Everything necessary is there, comfy and new. Cleaning worked perfect. There is a great pool and gym in a building.

  What could be improved: You can’t access anything! They didn’t register me on the system, so i could not freely use the facilites advertised (gym, pool, terrace etc). I was told to ask the security on reception to unlock every door whenever i wanted to use something. I even had to ask security to give me access to the lift to access the floor the flat was located on. This was so frustrating, and was awkward. I don’t speak Spanish, and there English was limited – so its hard to explain that i am a guest actually staying in the building, and to get help to get access to everything. When i arrived at the apartment, i was given the wrong door code to get into the flat, not ideal after 24 hours of travelling to Mexico. I was told that they would drop off a key card so i could access things, they never dropped this off, and i chased and had no response. I travel a huge amount, and rarely leave reviews – however this stay was so frustrating due to the lack of access to things. I felt like an imposter in a lovely residential building.
  
  The apartment doesn’t come with anything. no tea, coffee, oil to cook with etc. there was ONE towel for me to use, and only 2 of everything (cups, plates, knife, fork, etc). what if i had friends over, or another person staying with me? Lucky i was solo on this occasion.

  they refused to accept payment via booking.com, and I had to pay via a QR code via WhatsApp – all very uncomfortable to be honest.

  Amazing facility, super clean and modern. Really good space. 24-hour online support through whatsapp. Very helpful. Everyone was genuine and friendly. Kitchen was great. All the amenities were nice, and it was a very nicely designed and modern look.
  
  What could be improved: The heating was limited. Separate heaters were needed, so it actually got quite cold in winter. If there's no air conditioning or open windows, I can't imagine how it could be comfortable during hotter times, BUT I wasn't there during hot weather, so I could be wrong.

  Contemporary yet most functional with incredible gym and pool/spa as advertised. Staffs were genuinely attentive and super accommodating. There were absolutely no issues with English communication in-person or through ‘What’s App’. The location was perfect, next to museums and the most amazing City Market grocery store where we couldn’t help but ate several delicious lunches and snacks at the counters. The other world-class top restaurants like Pujol and Maximo Bistrot are nearby in this same Polenco district. Definitely under-valued gem.
  
  What could be improved: The security guards were not as helpful if you check in after-hours. Get on What’s App 24/7 and they response promptly and will solve ANY problems you have.
