  Location is great! Building and security staff is super friendly and apartment itself was very comfortable. Great lighting, quiet, well equipped and convenient for a longer stay. Nido offers free filtered water, a laundry room with detergent, and great outdoor area.
  
  What could be improved: You can't drop off luggage if you arrive early and they refer you to some lockers nearby that I could not access, so slightly inconvenient if you are traveling outside of check in /check out times

  First of all the staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly. The facilities are great with the amenities of an apartment but also the reassuring presence of staff if needed. The location is superb we were able to visit all the sights we wished to conveniently and Condesa itself is such an interesting and safe area.

  Very clean, security at the entrance made us feel secure.
  
  What could be improved: While the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bed-frame is maybe too big for the small room and we kept kicking the corner moving around the room. I know it might sound silly, but we wrecked our shins bashing into the corners. Roof was under maintenance unfortunately.

  Excellent location and comfortable accommodation for one or two persons. Kitchen facilities were very good with various appliances available. Rooftop terrace was a bonus. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We recommend this apart-hotel to other travellers.

  All perfect. They have strong hot water shower, perfect WiFi speed. The bed is super comfortable, the most comfortable we’ve ever felt in Mexico City. They have a nice kettle provided, which can boil plenty of water. They have security guard 24/7. A lot of cute cafe nearby, they even have one in the building! If they have more available dates we’ll definitely come back.
  
  What could be improved: The shower water can leak everywhere but when you put towel on the floor it’s not a big problem. And the edge of the bed is sharp, easily get hurt, we put our bags on the edge to remind ourselves. The restaurants surrounded are not good as those in Roma but you can easily take uber to other restaurants.
