  We were 3 and they immediately send us extra towels, water .
  It is a very nice comfortable hotel with gym, restaurant,in a great location for turistic activities. It is my fourth time there. Always a good experience.
  We did the check out and they took care of.our bags before we return to pick them up before going to the airport.
  
  What could be improved: No upgrade and I would have probably appreciate a lower floor than 12 floor.

  Great WTC view, new clean amd well appointed rooms, friendly staff, onsite bar and restaurant.
  
  What could be improved: The recessed lighting behind my vanity sink mirror was flickering, and the make-up mirror’s light did not work either. It was a little dark for shaving.

  Location was really good, for either a conference at the WTC or an event. Convenient location for public transportation. The room was really good, with good materials and noise isolation. Also, I liked the decor.
  
  What could be improved: Not much really, maybe the check in could be smoother, I got this hotel via a promotion with booking, so it was unbeatable.
