  What could be improved: While I rented this place (Nuevo y lujoso depto con amenidades Nuevo Polanco), I was told the night before arriving to CDMX, that my reservation was cancelled which was a mistake on their part ( My credit card was charged 2 weeks prior). I was transferred to a different apartment on Arquimides 190.
  Building was old, apt needs up keeping (paint, bathroom, floors) and Gym less than basic.
  I was completely disappointed with the change.
  In addition to all that, Thursday night while I was having a guest over, Electricity company suspended electric service due to lack of payment.
  I like hard matress but this matress was a rock, took me 2 days to get used to it.
  Honestly a total nightmare.
  The only thing I was offered was to send someone to clean the place, which was not necessary and airport transportation yet since I was returning back to the airport early in the morning, it was also not possible.
  In conclusion – I never saw that brand new apartment and if you are ever offered something else than what you paid for… REFUSE IT and get your money back. Big mistake on my part.
