Reviews of Park Life Paradox Santa Fe

  • Pavel from Germany – 22 January 2025 (6/10)

Nice area and good if you are working close by

What could be improved: For a serviced apartment, we had certain expectations regarding the services provided, but many fell short.

Housekeeping Services: During cleaning, no additional soap or shampoo was provided after the initial supply at check-in.
Privacy Concerns: The staff entered the apartment without prior notice on multiple occasions—once to show the unit to a prospective tenant and another time to remove the microwave. This lack of communication was very disruptive.

Gym Facilities: The gym lacked basic equipment, and one of the machines was broken throughout my stay and never repaired.

Bathroom Odor: There was a persistent and unpleasant smell coming from the bathrooms.

Kitchen Supplies: The apartment was poorly equipped upon arrival, with very few essentials like pans, pots, glasses, and cups. We had to repeatedly request additional items to make the kitchen functional.

  • Sandra from United States – 3 January 2025 (8/10)

Everything. Plus access to supermarket from building, staff was exceptional, decoration, design of building impressive, cleanliness, design, location. As pictured, lobby is stunning. Gym is great, dance and boxing-rumble studio nearby, banks, dining everything, nearby, the park too and is pet friendly.

What could be improved: More support on arrival and of in apartment amenities.

  • Ben from United States – 29 June 2024 (7/10)

The location, the rooms; as well as, the lobby, administration, and cleaning staff.

This property could absolutely be a 10.

What could be improved: The pool was filthy. Covered in algae. The administration staff is working very hard and diligently to resolve this; but, I did pay $2000 for facilities that were unusable. After I sent a video to the management they initiated Cleaning. Obviously it’s the maintenance’s job is to maintain the pool.

The maintenance staff is not up to par. They have no idea what they’re doing. I had to tell them why the dishwasher wasn’t working …. Incorrect installation.

The apartment windows were stuck shut. They’d been closed for so long that the gaskets were stuck.

The washing machine/dryer combo does not dry. Probably a faulty humidity sensor.

Again, The administration does try to fix the problems as soon as they’re made aware.

Apparently, the current administration staff is dealing with the shortcomings of the previous one that had neglected the proper for a very long while.

  • Daniela from United States – 11 June 2024 (3/10)

It is a very nice, modern building very well located.

What could be improved: We went for a wedding in Santa Fe. The Hotel was over Booked and 30 guests of the wedding were not able to check in including us.
The staff did not care much and did not offer any kind of arrangement or solution.
Two days later I was able to finally check in and the apartment was beautiful but there is no AC inside the rooms and it was extremely hot. After only one night we moved again and did not get any reimbursement of the night that we did not stay.
    Terrible experience.

  • Juan from Mexico – 19 February 2024 (6/10)

    location

What could be improved: complicated check in process with the car and parking, room smelled like cigarretts and freshner to cover up and windows were closed. Beads were squeaky on every movement.

  • Mary from Mexico – 6 September 2023 (9/10)

The property was beautiful and clean.

What could be improved: The only things we did not like were the motion lights in the hall way. They are poorly placed and leave you walking in the dark. And the bathrooms lights are not sufficient.

  • Leticia from Spain – 12 June 2023 (8/10)

    location

What could be improved: pool water too cold. no changing rooms in that area.

  • Fabien from Mexico – 30 April 2023 (6/10)

    View is nice

What could be improved: No effort on decoration. Nothing to cook such as salt, oil, pepper. 5 tiny water for a party of 5 is limited. No shampoo. No smart tv.

  • Ximena from Colombia – 27 November 2022 (8/10)

    confortable and location

  • Lodigiani from Mexico – 4 October 2022 (8/10)

it was a great place to stay for just a rest and to enjoy the scenery.

What could be improved: its location and beautiful view.
