  Location was great. Wonderful to have a washing machine.
  
  What could be improved: There were no plugs in any of the sinks, and the sink in the shared bathroom didn’t drain very well

  What could be improved: Firstly we booked a hotel through booking.com so that we could seek information easily from a hotel reception.
  The place didn't have this facility and we had to rely on several Wattssp messages to our host to get the keys, fix the faulty safe and store and collect our luggage.

  Everything!!!! My family has a wonderful time. We enjoyed all the amenities. The outside garden is a great place for family card games and conversation. Location is perfect. The apartment was exactly what we needed. Checkin and checkout was seamless.

  All was great in facilities and staff communications except a plumbing/water issue.
  
  What could be improved: I stayed a total of 8 nights on 2 reservations. On one night from 9pm- midnight when I had 4 guests arrive late, there was zero water in the unit. No water for toilets, sinks, showers.
  
  On one morning from 5am until afternoon, when I had 3 guests departing for the airport early, and 6 guests total, there was zero water in the unit.
  
  There was no notice or warning whatsoever of this lack of water, so no ability to prepare for it. It was quite problematic.

  The Location and price were the best. Having 3 bedrooms and kitchen was perfect for my family of 5. Having a washer/dryer in unit was very convenient.
  
  What could be improved: Bathrooms were tiny, sewer smell came from plumbing, shower pressure felt like needles. No toaster provided in kitchen. The dining table was too large for space so would bump the corners often just to walk around it.
