  Sofitel is amazing! We had a great time there, enjoying a wonderful breakfast and relaxing by the fantastic pool after hours of exploring Mexico City. The location is perfect, situated between the bustling La Condesa and the quieter Roma Norte, making it easy to reach any destination in the city.

  What could be improved: Upon landing in Mexico we called the concierge and asked to be provided with a car and driver to take us to the hotel. We were a family of 6 and had 3 cases. The car arrived after 20 minutes and took us to the hotel. The driver asked for 3900 Pesos. This is an extremely high price. The cost of Two Uber (Black) would have been 800 Pesos. The hotel charged us almost five times that sum. I protested to the hotel but they (kindly) refused
  to lower the cost. DO NOT ask the hotel for transportation.

  Amazing service and perfect location. The hotel views are spectacular and my room was absolutely beautiful. 5 star service all-around. The breakfast was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip to Mexico City,.
