  Staff was great especially the young man at the front desk. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean.

  Location is just perfect, very close to the best neighborhoods and you can walk to different restaurantes, bars and cafes. We had the included breakfast once and it was pretty good. Our room was cleaned every day during our stay.
  
  What could be improved: Room didn’t look exactly like the pictures. It was okay for the price we paid, but beds weren’t the most comfortable, power outlets didn’t work, and the room was a bit hot. No AC, just a ceiling fan which didn’t keep the room fresh enough.

  Very good location, stores with walking distance, they also provide filtered water and tea on the first floor. Mexican style hotel

  The staff worked hard to ensure we had a great stay. They were quick to offer solutions. Great location in a quiet part of the city but easy access to other parts. Good food nearby.

  Everything! Great price, clean, friendly staff, plenty of hot water, good location. I liked that we were able to use the lock box downstairs for valuables. The room was quite spacious.
  
  What could be improved: A tad bit noisy and and the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but nothing that was too disruptive and still very pleasant for the price.

  The location is great. Near the reforma avenue and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The accommodations are sparse, but clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: I do not recommend the restaurant at the hotel. Unfortunately the waiter I had, an older man, was rude and weird about the wine he served me. It was one price but then he insisted due to the glass he served it in that now it was more. I don’t believe he even gave me the wine I asked for either. I was tired from traveling and let it go. I’ve never had an issue like this in any other restaurant.
