  Lovely old world hotel. Nothing fancy but the staff are lovely and the location is excellent, right at the edge of all of Roma Norte’s stores, galleries and restaurants.

  the location was excellent! We could go to the congested areas to see all the things we wanted to see and do then come back to a quieter neighborhood with great restaurants!

  This hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed there 10 days in total over 2 stays . The rooms were comfortable and clean. All the members of staff were friendly . The reception team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. The breakfasts were excellent, there was a buffet everyday with the option to order a la carte. The service in the restaurant was great and a special shout out to Ronaldo the restaurant manager who gave me fantastic service and on more than one occasion told me to treat the hotel as my home. The hotel is situated in the Roma district surrounded by some great restaurants and bars. I took Ubers everywhere to go sightseeing around the city so the hotel was perfectly situated. When I return to Mexico City I will definitely be returning to the Stanza. Thank you Stanza for making my stay memorable.

  What could be improved: The electric plugs hard to reach for charging my cell phone, camera, and using my laptop computer. Table lamps just add clutter to the room. The natural lighting and interior wall and ceiling lights were adequate.
