  • Location is good. Within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and main streets.
  • The beds were comfortable.
  • We also loved the many full length mirrors available in the property.
  • There are also 3 tower fans available that made it comfortable during the warm days. Heaters were also available, but we didn’t use them.
  
  What could be improved: Poor instructions were provided, making the process more difficult than it had to be. For example, the wifi information provided was wrong, causing us to have to reach out for the correct information.
  
  The location was a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected in a major city. The above and adjacent neighbors were also quite loud, though it was mostly during the day, so it didn’t disturb our sleep.
  
  We had a few maintenance issues during our brief 3-night stay. The host was responsive and resolved the issues rather quickly. There was no hot water upon our arrival, which I found strange since the cleaning crew left as we arrived. I guess they cleaned without hot water. One of the toilets also would not flush the next day and this was resolved within a few hours.
  
  The condo is not new and needs basic maintenance (see pictures):
  • Many of the plugs were loose and plugged in appliances will not stay in place.
  • Touch-up paint is needed throughout, along with patching small holes in the walls.
  • Pedal on the trash bin in the bathroom did not work. The lid did not lift when pressed, so one had to manually lift the nasty lid.
  • Sofa had several stains and needed a deep cleaning.

  What a wonderful stay!
