  Location was great. Staff was wonderful. Very clean. Bed was comfortable, great kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: Couches, chairs not comfortable, hard to sit in/on to read. Pointless decoration took up space. Hard to get shower temperature to maintain at even remotely comfortable. Did not want to waste water, ended up washing hair in sink. A sharper knife in kitchen would have helped, since not able to travel with one.

  This is my second time staying here, it has everything I need, comfortable, clean, private, and a perfect location for me. Staff is friendly and responsive.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside is that I see the prices going up, but otherwise I could look for this place again in my next visit to Mexico City. Other thing, maybe improving the hot water function in room 3, it’s hard to keep steady at the temperature I want, but that is a very simple fix.

  Great location, within walking distance of restaurants, bars (zona Rosa) and convenience stores. The suites and the area are very safe. Located next to Avenida Insurgentes, one of the city's main arteries. Uber an Taxi cabs are abundant. The space is great and the beds comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The bedding wasn't ideal, the sheets were old, worn off and stained.

  The hotel was in a great location in beautiful Roma Norte, close to metrobus stations, stores, cafés, restaurants, bars, etc. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not working during our stay, but they provided a cold breakfast for us. Our room was quite spacious and very comfortable.
