  La suite está muy bien, bastante espaciosa
  
  What could be improved: El personal no es nada amable, son jetones y sosos. Se solicitó a recepción la clave del Wifi y nos mandaron a buscar el módem y sacar la contraseña, te tratan de mala gana. No hubo agua caliente por la mañana y cuando bajamos a preguntar nos respondieron que la caldera estaba descompuesta y una señora de servicio hizo el comentario de que para que queríamos agua caliente si hacía calor.

  What could be improved: The room lacked curtains, making it difficult to rest due to sunlight. When we requested curtains, we were informed that they were unavailable for our room and level as they were damaged. While a partial curtain was placed in the main room, it offered little relief. The cleanliness was subpar, with a noticeable lack of deep cleaning. Notably, the property lacks air conditioning, which was not specified beforehand. This resulted in an uncomfortable stay, making it challenging to rest during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Ultimately, the experience left us more fatigued than rejuvenated.
