  Very clean, staff are very professional. The location of the area is safe to walk in the evenings. Good near places to visits.
  
  The roof top is a nice place to lounge with the family A lovely view of the city. A very nice kept area.
  
  Definitely I would recommend family and friends.
  
  What could be improved: The roof top needs heaters. The kitchen area needs more amenities such as place mats, kitchen utensils, an electrical kettle would be perfect, cutting board. Utilities that are needed when your stay is long. Laundry services would be great too. Otherwise everything is great.

  What could be improved: I did not like the receptionist too much. He was too direct at saying the cost of the broken/missing things. The place was a bit far from some attractions of cdmx.

  The flats are huge, plenty of space to hang out. Everything spotless and clean, even the elevator was scrubbed with soap all walls and floors twice a day. There is a small but nice gym. breakfast was a it minimal but okay, there are cereals and fresh fruit, great honey and yoghurt which was good. Roof terrace is nice to hang out on. Welcome on desk very nice. very comfortable beds.
  
  What could be improved: as mentioned, breakfast was a bit minimal, with cakes in plastic wrapping not quite so good, and the coffee was terrible. Would have been nice to have some fresh bread available. The location is okay, but not as convenient for UNAM as I had hoped, as the metro finishes there. Not toooo far from the metrobus to town though. Hotel advertises free taxi-pick up from airport, but it is not true, they no longer have the service. The flats are huge, just a pity they don't have a terrace. You need to go to the roof if you want to get out. Last thing, shower was a bit of a dribble, good for water conservation I know, but…

  The location was perfect for us. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Then the roof area is very nice. Also the fully equipped kitchen was great.
