  The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.
  
  What could be improved: There was basically no furniture to speak of. We had to eat our dinner on uncomfortable stools when there was plenty of room for a nice chair or table set by the windows.
  There were not enough utensils – Maybe a fork and only one spoon, and one large dinner plate. We had some beer but no can opener to open it with. We had to wash the dishes in a tiny bathroom sink.
  We had hoped that at least we could use the large TV in the room, but there was no service and we should have been informed or at least have had an HDMI cable to hook up our laptops.
  There was no soap dish by the sink nor any place to put soap in the shower other than at the window sill.
  When we first arrived there were no napkins or paper towels but days later found some in the utility room.
  Having to sleep with open windows to stave of the heat it was pretty noisy till after midnight.

  Nothing. It was a bait and switch situation.
  
  What could be improved: The first property did not have an elevator and we were booked in the penthouse room. The second property that they moved us to had no A/C, was in bad condition and dirty. The pictures did not match the condition of the apartment. We only able to stay one day night and paid for 8 nights. Still waiting for my refund since they failed to provide us with the agreed accommodations.

  The space is pretty and big enough for a family of 5. The location couldnt be better, its almost at the heart of Condesa.
  That being said, we had a lot of trouble trying to comunicate with the hosts, the first number we got on the e-mail was out of service, i tried to reach them 3 days before my trip, no answer. I ask them via e-mail if i could check in a few hours earlier, no ans
  wer either. The second number we got was from sales department so any concern about the apartment they wouldnt be able to help you, they just gave me another number, manteinance i think.
  Once we got there we were almost one hour outside the main apartment trying to unlock the door because the main lock was broken, I had to call them, thankfully they came next morning and fixed it.
  The big sofa on the living room was very dirty, so the chairs at the dining table.
  This has never happened to me before with airbnbn, so I definetly will never try booking or VH again.
  I would rate this stay 2 out 5 just because of the poor service we got.
