  The location is perfect. In a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of many shops, bakeries and restaurants and neighborhoods. A great, attentive staff, especially Edmundo.

  size of room was great. Having a large fridge is convenient. the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was perfect.

  The receptionist is very kind person when we checked in at very early in the morning he paid a lot attention to recommend us some places to sightseeing and also give us some advise of safety issue of this city. English is ok to communication. Night shift guy is warm and day shift guy is professional.
  
  What could be improved: Showering system is not stable and hot water came out quickly than cold water. Should be very careful when taking shower.

  Very nice location very easy check-in and check out, the room was overall very clean and modestly furnished. The shower was terrific.
  
  What could be improved: I ended up unplugging the refrigerator because it rattled like a freight train every few hours. Woke me up out of a dead sleep.

  The location is great; it's safe and quiet. The city view from the balcony was beautiful. The room is very spacious and perfect for two people, or even 3. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is super comfortable! I did not use the kitchen area, but love that there's a kitchen with all the amenities for anyone that would prefer to make any meals (could be great esp for people traveling with children). I also liked having keyless entry for the room instead of a key and worrying about losing it! This way, you just enter your code and you're good to go, no physical key/card necessary!
  
  What could be improved: Although the space was clean overall, there were some things that could have been better. The bed sheets did have a couple of marks on them (on top), and one of the towels was quite dirty. Also, there is no housekeeping unless you pay separately for it, which is a bit unusual for a "hotel." Not an issue if you're only staying a few days, but maybe something to note if you're staying for a week or more.

  The staff was extremely friendly. Location was prime, and there were many restaurant options within walking distance. Edmundo made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish.

  This place was great! Better than what we expected. Very central location with many restaurants and bars around, can walk to the main sights with ease. 24h reception made us feel secure and the reception staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very comfortable, water pressure was good and also we had no issues with noise. We stayed on the 9th floor. Definitely would recommend if you fancy an apartment type of accommodation.
  
  What could be improved: The common terrace was closed due to works during our stay. It looked like a cool place to chill!
