  great neighborhood, safe, walkable, lots of restuarants and places to walk to. the area was really cute close to everything. we loved that everyone had their own bathroom and room. everyone was super nice, there was always a doorman. when we had any issues we had it promptly taken care of and they left a gift. beds are comfy, little noise. really nice
  
  What could be improved: there was a bit of sewer smell in 2 bathrooms, and they needed to have more light in bathrooms- very dim. other than that it was perfect

  I liked the neighborhood, the boutiques and restaurants. The support staff was very helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we were needing or asking. Overall very good experience.
  
  What could be improved: I wish the apartment had enough cleaning supplies and toilet paper. I would like also to have replacement trash bags available in the apartment and it will be nice to be able to change towels every three days. The wood floor in the main bedroom is very DANGEROUS. It needs to be fix immediately.

  The service and size of the flat are amazing!
  
  What could be improved: It is near a big road so it was quite noisy until late at night and early morning. It is not a reason to not stay there just make sure you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

  What could be improved: It is not a dislike only take into account that your clients may be European therefore used to cleaning after themselves, please consider to provide what’s necessary to do our own cleaning: brush, dustpan, toilet gel and laundry detergent.

  Mafer and the team are amazing hosts, everything was super easy. The bedrooms were really big and great bathrooms, the balcony was an added bonus. The location is everything for this property, walking distance to everything you need (and construction aside) it’s super quiet.
  
  What could be improved: The property was VERY hot, the blinds weren’t sufficient to block out the heat. And because of the construction next door (May 2024) we couldn’t leave the windows open – fans weren’t sufficient.

  We stayed at apt no 1, ground floor which is a studio with a small patio. As there is no AC, the fresh air at night with the patio door open was very welcome. Uliv is a gated property and the security ladies were very friendly. Host, Mafer, was very responsive, efficient, friendly and thoughtful, she made us feel very welcome. The property is at a perfect quiet location with loads of great cafe's and restaurants around. Condesa is a lovely green area, great parks and a very friendly, safe vibe. We will be back for sure
  
  What could be improved: If its a longer stay the studio might work a bit "tight" and dark. The larger upstairs apt could be an option then. more hanging space, a hairdryer. Water pressure in shower very low. Nothing mayor, I would go back in a heartbeat
