  The property was well run and staff very responsive and helpful— eg, they kept our baggage for three days after our stay and replied immediately to our inquiries. The apt itself was comfortable, large, and amenities include a large gym and a nice rooftop affording terrific views of the city.
  
  What could be improved: I was not aware the standard unit did not come with any windows, neither in the bedroom or living room; if I had I would have paid more for a unit with windows.

  The room was a great size and it was nice to have a separate living/kitchen area to the bedroom. The rooftop was really nice and it was good that you could bring your own drinks etc up there. I read that a few people weren’t happy with the outside noise but we didn’t have any complaints.

  The apartment hotel is in a very lively area of CDMX and most of the sights I visited could be reached on foot. There are two convenience stores nearby, as well as a fast food restaurant and a café right downstairs. Ubers were widely available and the balcony looked onto the skyline, which was a nice touch. Bathroom and kitchen were meticulously clean; drinking water faucet a nice addition as well. Staff exceptionally helpful. The area is great and you are spoilt for choice. I really enjoyed my stay.
  
  What could be improved: Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion, which I thought could have been managed better, as I arrived very early and forgot to inquire whether or not I could book an additional before arriving. For the price I paid I did not expect the wooden floor in the bedroom to have water damage. Something to be aware of: The fridge in the living room/kitchen was exceptionally loud and I doubt anyone could have slept in the other room due to the noise. I flagged this to staff. Speaking of noise: The hotel is located on a very busy intersection and also above a lively market (Wednesdays, Saturdays/Sundays), so you will hear some traffic noise and on Saturday you will also hear music from clubs and bars in the vicinity, despite the rather good isolation. So if you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider staying here on a weekend.

  I never stay in 4 star places, so this was a treat. Price was very good for 4 star. I wanted to be in Roma so I could get picked up close to the hotel to go to Teotihuacan with a group tour. That worked out great. Staff were helpful and good at English. Got a good rest.
  
  What could be improved: I can't afford do do this all the time! But if I did I would not get out and do so many things. The great room tempts you to lie around and watch Netflix etc. I got confused between this ULIV and another one that is fairly close. Not their fault, but make sure you go to the one you actually booked first with your heavy bags.

  The only bad thing is that you can hear the car traffic/honking early in the morning.
