  Clean , centrally located. Very comfortable and safe. It was quiet and had everything g we needed.

  Very beautiful room, clean with everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful. Whenever we texted them, they replied immediately.
  
  What could be improved: Only the windows don't actually have a view of the streets but of the inside building which can be annoying as people can see you. There are curtains though.

  Nice layout of apartment with comfortable furniture. The rooftop patio was perfect for relaxing in the evening.
  
  What could be improved: Several things didn’t function: one shower lacked hot water, the smoke alarm/CO2 detector was disabled, the fan in one of the bedrooms was very weak, and the TV had no service. NOTE that I did not complain about these things, so there was no opportunity to fix them.
  
  We had quite a bit of difficulty checking in. There seems to be two people who rotate at the front desk, and each is on for days at a time (the woman was there for 72 hours in the same clothes at all hours of the day and night such that we asked her times if she was okay).
  
  The location is cute enough and near some activities in a nice neighborhood, but do note that if you need the metro, you’ll be walking 20 minutes across VERY busy streets and along roads to get there. We didn’t find this convenient at all.

  Great location, quiet neighborhood, rooftop patio is awesome with a great view of the city. Well equipped unit, comfortable bed, great shower and washroom. It was a pleasant place to return to after a day of walking. Bike rental stands close by for easy travel through the city.

  The location can’t be any better! Very comfortable two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. 24/7 doorman, the neighborhood is quiet at night and the host was very pleasant and helpful!
  
  What could be improved: The apartments don’t have private balconies and don’t get a ton of natural light. Also, no AC. Just something to make note of.

  The location is excellent, Condesa is a really nice neighbourhood. The communication is 10/10, super nice, helpful and ready for an early check in if it’s possible (and they really tried and managed to process 1 hour sooner while I could wait on the rooftop). The apartment looks very new and really very clean, beds are comfortable. It was a little dark for me since the apartment was located on the ground floor, not too much of a daylight, but honestly, for a 1 night stay it was great. I’ve booked apartments with Mr W multiple times already and always had a great experience.
