  Not clean- three towels for 4 adults- few hangers- no trash bags-dryer vent not cleaned so dryer could not be used at high- toilet line needed snake as not cleaned in a long time-

  La ubicación, el tamaño, la distribución y el gimnasio.
  
  What could be improved: No nos pudieron guardar el equipaje por 2 horas, y no hubo forma de hacer early check-in.
  La unidad no estaba lista a la hora del check-in (3pm), por lo que tuvimos que esperar 50 minutos a que nos la entregaran y además estaba sucia.
  Las alfombras no habían sido aspiradas desde hacía mucho; las sábanas estaban lavadas, pero al ponerlas definitivamente se les pegaron pelos del piso; y 1 de los 3 baños estaba sucio.
  No nos dejaron toallas para las manos, y al pedirlas las llevaron hasta el mediodía del día siguiente.
  El guardia de seguridad no nos quería abrir el gimnasio sin ninguna razón válida, tuvimos que presionar por casi 20 minutos para lograrlo.

  The location was perfect for our family. The balcony which overlooked the walking path was great!
  
  What could be improved: The first day of our stay we had hot water. The second day we had it in the morning. The rest of our stay it was cold. I reported the issue, someone came to repair the issue while we were out. Upon our return it lasted only one shower for one family member. Also a water leak behind the toilet. I also wish there was a heater in the unit.

  the property uses a smart lock which made access easy and convenient. the apartment was very spacious and modern, providing enough space and privacy for my coworkers and I. Centrally located and near to several restaurants and shopping areas.
  
  What could be improved: i had to contact the property managers for the code access to the smart lock. the entrance to the building is also not clearly marked so i had to do some investigation before i was able to gain access.
