  What could be improved: No in person staff to get assistance from or to ask questions as we fumbled around in the dark trying to figure out if we were at the right hotel as hotel signage wasn't great and door lighting was poor.

  Our room was cosy and we had a comfortable stay here while we were in CDMX for a week. There is no AC in the room, but the nights are cool and we didn't feel stuffy in the room.
  
  The place also has a shared kitchen and a laundry room. There's a nice rooftop terrace but we didn't use it at all as it rained every day.
  
  The location of this place within Condesa was excellent. The neighbourhood is quite centrally-located, which makes getting to other parts of the city easy, e.g. we could take a public bus to Centro; walk to Roma, as well as just cross a few blocks to Chalpultepec Forest. For more basic amenities, there is a large supermarket (Walmart Express) about 3-4 blocks away, as well as two nice parks nearby (Parque Espana and Parque Mexico). There are also a number of restaurants and local eats within walking distance.
  
  For those interested in taking the metro, note that the nearest Metro station (Chalpultepec) is currently closed as the segment of Line 1 is currently undergoing renovation works. There are light green buses with designated bus stops that ply the same route along the closed segment. We learnt about these buses via Google Maps and passing by one of these designated bus stops.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom was showing some signs of its age (e.g. the knob for the shower was loose). The accommodation was nice enough to offer to send someone down to fix the issues for us after we raised it for their information, but we declined as the loose fittings was only a minor issue (not a big deal for us), which we felt could be settled after we left.
