  What could be improved: The furniture has a lot of ware and tear. It is not advise to the new guest of this situation leaving new guest(US) concern that host might think we cause all the damage. I took pictures and tried to send but communication for some reason was not possible

  The location was very good and the apartment was very spacious, ideal for large groups or families.
  
  What could be improved: The odor of sewer was very awful, and the living room sofa was dirty, the same as the laundry machine.

  What could be improved: I made a reservation and it was “over booked”, they call me at 4 pm that day, my luggage was already there and I was around de city, to tell me that I was being re accommodated in another place but I had to pay the Uber. I tried all week to contact the team of VH and they never appear, they just told me that they were on it. I’m still waiting for an answer of the refund of the difference. The place I got relocated in was way too small and smell a lot like cigarette. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

  The location is just perfect. If you cross the street you can find Antara and Miyana, literally just cross the street. The gym was super equipped and to my luck empty. I was able to enjoy it all for my self.
