  Nancy was so wonderful and helpful! Rooms were clean and well furnished.
  
  What could be improved: Rooftop restaurant was OK. I was served a flat somewhat not cold prosecco.
  The room was quite warm.

  It’s my second time in this hotel and it’s a great deal in Mexico City, it’s well located and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: A speakeasy bar recently opened in the same building and this is very bad strategic choice. The first night the noise was way too strong. On the last night we went to that bar to see what was going on as anonymous clients, and they have a huge sound system. The receptionist from Durango comes and check the decibels but as soon as he is gone the DJ puts the volume up.. Durango hotel owners should be really careful because the number one reason we chose this hotel was the fact that it was super silent (soundproof window) but if its not true anymore they will lose clients.

  Amazing location and room. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday, with fresh towels after two days, and new espresso pods every day. We were impressed with the size of the room and the chic decor, which was welcoming and warm, as well as the nice balcony to enjoy morning espresso. Staff were friendly and answered all our questions quickly over text message, going above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. On weekend evenings, music drifted up from the street, which felt magical. Whether arriving late at night or departing early in the morning, the hotel will accommodate. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight, which was much appreciated. Thank you for an amazing stay!

  Gorgeous room in a lovely building in Condesa and close to Roma Norte. Much better value than a much lower quality room we stayed at nearby before but at a higher cost! We loved the decor, the small balcony and how comfy the bed and soft sheets were.
  
  What could be improved: Only complaint was the very noisy air con which meant we couldn’t use it at night. Wasn’t usual aircon noise but much louder. Hopefully an easy fix

  What could be improved: Exchange rate changed between when I booked and when I stayed, so it was more expensive than I thought. They did not have an electric tea kettle to heat water for tea.

  Amazing stay. Comfortable King bed, plenty of storage space, nice balconies, big tv, noise was not a problem at all we slept very comfortable with large blackout curtains. Front desk helped us book transportation to and from Teotihuacan. Walking distance to so many restaurants cafes and bars in the Roma Norte and La Condesa neighborhoods – 2 min walk from the best restaurant we ate at, Contramar. No complaints!

  Really nice hotel at a perfect spot in Roma Norte. Lot's of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. Also in walking distance of Condesa, another really neighbourhood.
  
  There is also a very nice rooftop terrace/restaurant.
  
  Friendly personnel and very quick & good communication overall if we had any questions.
