  Staff member, Herman was very helpful in explaining (in English) the details of the suite (specifically how to choose English-speaking TV channels). Convenient location (walkable or a short Uber drive to most attractions).

  The building was wonderful and I was stunned by the glass walkway in the entrance that is filled with water. Service and management was super kind and helped me with everything I needed. The bed was also super comfortable and I was out like a light.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi was lagging and would stop working on my laptop and phone. It worked great Friday which is when I arrived so I was able to complete my work for the day just fine but I was a bit upset that I had to use my phones data and hotspot to be able to use my laptop. There is also very little sound proofing. I could hear every neighbor walk in and out of the building at all hours. The streaming services also fell short and it may have been due to the wifi connection but Netflix, Prime and HBO did not load and I had to entertain myself on my phone.

  Nice comfortable and roomy apartment. Excellent, fast wifi. Good water pressure and hot water. Double panes windows keep it quiet. Lots of restaurants near by. Good, central location. Nice staff.

  We were welcomed by the host in the most friendly way. We were introduced to everything, received tips and recommendations for where to go in the neighbourhood for shopping and restaurants, as well as what not to miss in the city for the time that were were there. The room was great, the shower strong, the kitchen well-equipped, and also the doorman and cleaning lady were super nice. We were sad when we had to leave.

  Hermann and his staff members are always available for anything that you may need, but at the same time they give you full privacy. Everyone is extremely kind and always have a excellent recommendation for places nearby. My go to place in Mexico, City ! It is not the first time I have stayed in Business Suites SG, and it will definitely not be my last !
