  Convenient location, cool design, nice staff, breakfast included and was decent, affordable
  
  What could be improved: shower was impossible to adjust the temperature and then it wouldn’t shut off completely – water everywhere. The bed was so stiff we woke up in pain. TV did not have any channels. People were blasting music in the terrace from when we went to sleep 12am to when we woke up 7am on a Monday -you could hear it even with the windows closed.

  Reasonable price, good staff, and location! The room is spotless and quiet!
  
  What could be improved: It is a capsule hotel style, so if you are tall or big, it may be a bit uncomfortable, but it is good for me. I wish the light was brighter. Also, the tank near the water tap could be a bit bigger, so it would be easier to wash my face.

  The hotel is charming with great staff… very lovely
  
  What could be improved: No air conditioning, with no ceiling fan or screens on the 2 w does that open a little allowing the mosquitos to come in. They did give as a floor fan that helped but it was uncomfortable hot… in the winter!

  The establishment was clean and in good location. The room had nice design, Alexa, big TV and smart lighting.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast consists of asphalt coffee and 7 slices of fruits or scrambled eggs goo. Anything filling or with taste is paid higher than anywhere around – felt like walking wallet. We usually skipped the breakfast to enjoy churros or tacos in the neighbourhood.
  The shower was dripping and the water was either too hot or too cold – needed to do quick plumbing course to figure it out.
  Upon late arrival we found lack of light under shower. We tried to reached out to the 24/7 desk, but no answer from neither phone nor WhatsApp calls. I went to check in person, but the receptionist was nowhere to be found. And my check-in personal data was on the screen accessible to all by-passers’ eyes. I also checked whether I can get explanation from the security guard only to find him asleep. After some minutes the receptionist appeared to explain “just put light outside and it’ll get in through the curtain”. It was solved eventually after 3-4 nights when cleaning staff realized something was off.

  I had the room with a private terrace, jacuzzi and extra large bathtub – I chose this hotel and this room specifically for these features. Both the jacuzzi and bathtub were fabulous!
  The breakfast was included and it was fine. Not spectacular, but fine – coffee and scrambled eggs.
  
  What could be improved: The hot water tap for the shower and one of the sinks in the bathroom did not work – I reported this to the hotel.

  The room we stayed in was very spacious and modern. It was easy to navigate around the hotel. Staff were always accommodating and nice to deal with. Would definitely stay here again
  
  What could be improved: All the taps were really hard to turn off and on and there was no air conditioning also my socks were lost when we had washing done.
