  The room was clean, spacious and with all equipment needed. Staff members were kind and helpful all the time.
  
  What could be improved: The only complain I got it is a loud noise outside of the room in quiet hours. I didn’t know what it was but it is every day and last at least 20 minutes.

  The apartment was great, everything that we need. The Tv was super big and with netflix and everything you need. It had a kitchen, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect!! We would highly recommend it!!
  
  What could be improved: The pressure of the shower wasn’t very strong, but it worked and it had hot water.

  Great location, just a 15-minute walk from the Angel of Independence. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The bed is comfortable, and the blackout curtain is perfect if you need to rest during the day. The fridge and small kitchen were a handy bonus. They also provided a hairdryer!
  
  What could be improved: The shower lacked a door, causing water to spill into the toilet area. Out of four pillows, only one had a pillowcase. The location is right next to a highway, so there is some noise, but it’s still possible to sleep comfortably.

  It’s a modern property that is very clean, with hot water in the showers and sinks, and a comfortable bed. The lobby has lots of seating and board games free to use. Snacks can be purchased in the lobby and there are free kitchen kits available at the front desk. Room kitchenettes are nice.
  
  What could be improved: The noise from Melchor Ocampo is like trying to live along side a highway. It was very loud and nonstop at any time of the day or night – beyond the typical sounds of Mexico City. My room was along this roadway, perhaps other internal rooms are quieter. Had the designers thought to use soundproof windows this place would be a perfect 10.

  I loved the location, only a 10-12 min walk to the Angel, very convenient. The room also had a small fridge and microwave which was extremely useful.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately the bathroom, everytime we showered all the water went out. Every time the shower was used the floor outside would get really wet, all around the toilet and almost to the door

  Warm welcome, clean place overall. The room was neat, simple but efficient. Good shower pressure although hot water takes a while to come.
  Comfortable bed, blankets if needed. Really appreciated the AC with air purifier, given the air quality 🙂
