  Easy access, we arrived at 2am so that was a plus. Security is at the desk, if you don't see them give them a few minutes. They helped us to our room and explained how lights and all worked (all centralized). Even if you have the code, you need the room card for lights and stuff.
  
  What could be improved: Wish they had a doorbell or some way to communicate to someone. Paper towels or napkins would be useful. Would be nice to have a easy way to call reception rather than having to go talk to them. The phone number listed doesn't work.

  The room was cozy and extremely clean. It was very relaxing at the end of the day to have a clean space to go back to and also the staff was super friendly and always at our disposal with any questions or requests we had. Overall a wonderful experience and the terrace was one of the highlights of our stay. The gym is nice and it has everything one could ask in a holiday.
  
  What could be improved: Since we had the room that overlooked the street it got very very loud at night and the notice starts again with the morning rush. Also a thing to keep in mind is that it's not very private so if you want to open the window door there is a high chance that people can look into your room.
