  What could be improved: First , the place was disgustingly dirty. hair , dust, bugs and cockroaches infested bathroom. The gym was a joke ( it was a tiny little room in the basement next to the laundry room with no ventilation and a few weights and one cardio machine that didn’t work. The location was off the main area in Polanco where you had to walk for 20-30 minutes to get to the action. It was across the street from a construction site and on the corner from a very noisy ( 6-7 lanes) main road where the noisy traffic doesn’t stop day and night. The place was so poorly maintained and designed, the balcony door in the bedroom wouldn’t shut on the first night ( it was so cold at 4 am on my arrival night that I woke up having a cold and feeling sick) the door in the living room didn’t fully close either. The bedroom was so poorly designed with a huge bed for size of the room that you had to walk sideway to get in and the sheets where dirty. There was almost no room for wardrobe that I had to keep my stuff in the luggage for the eight days I was there. The electrical outlets in the dining room and living room didn’t work so I couldn’t connect my laptop and charge it to be able to work.the only outlet that worked was where the tv wall is. The fan in the bathroom was so noisy and there was no shampoo or body soap in the filthy shower with mold and leaky shower head. The balcony didn’t have any furniture so even when you wanted to enjoy a little sun in the morning, you had to sit on a towel on the dirty floor before you decided quickly it’s way too noisy to even relax due the extremely noisy road and the construction across the street. There was no cleaning products or even an extra garbage bag in the kitchen. I could go on and on….The host tried to fix some of the issues on the first day when I communicated( before disappearing with zero communication and follow ups for the rest of the trip)but unfortunately the outcome was still very unsatisfactory.

  What could be improved: The location is a 40min walk or 15min ride away from all the hustle and bustle neighborhoods. Fewer restaurant options but enough to get by. I would stay at a different Capitalia in Roma/Condesa next time.
