  What could be improved: What I didn’t like was that I had to be pay outside of booking.com an additional insurance fee to the owner and was told I would be reimbursed but due to complications and not being a Mexican citizen wasn’t able to. was not a huge loss but still very inconvenient and annoying to deal with. Should not be this complicated and going further should be added to the cost on the app/website

  Location is good! The building is quite safe and you have everything you need. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool and gym are free access so you don’t have to book. My 4 year old enjoyed swimming and splashing around. Highly recommend.

  Location is the best, malls, head quarter campus, Polanco area walking to restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, etc.
  
  What could be improved: Customized windows doesn't work, is laud, even you are at 12th floor. Rest is a challenge. We show up and they were cleaning. It says check out at 2:00 p.m. not really happened. There was an ant invasion 😮 they took muy suitcase…
