  Capitalia Polanco completely exceeded my expectations — it’s the first time I’ve found a place where the reality is way better than the photos. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The balcony is spacious, the view is marvelous. Even the towels are new.
  
  The staff is incredibly responsive — just send a message and it feels like magic starts happening! They even offered me a free cleaning service, which wasn’t included in the original booking. We had a minor issue with the sink and it was fixed literally within 5 minutes.
  
  A small but awesome touch: they provide free Netflix, making it feel even more like home.
  
  Honestly, this place deserves a solid 5-star rating, and I’ve already extended my stay. If you’re staying in Polanco — this is the place to be. Nothing comes close!

  The location is great. Walking distance from many eating places, bars, stores, groceries. Spacious and pretty apartment. There were 3 and a half bathrooms which was very convinient for us since we were 7 people.
  
  What could be improved: My only feedback is that the communication prior to arrival is excesive, confusing, useless, and contraticting. I received upwards of 3 messages prior to arrival. I responded to the checking requests and provided all requirements and then I got around 3to 5 more messages requesting the same information again. The meesages were contradicting because they had asked for some information and later after I had sent it, I got a message saying that wasn't necessary. Anyways, it would be more pleasant if they could streamline the communication.
