  We had a wonderful stay in the 5th-floor penthouse, which offered plenty of privacy and was right next to Lincoln Park. The location was perfect—close to all the great restaurants—and we felt very safe throughout our stay. It was also very quiet at night, making it easy to relax. The large patio was a great spot to hang out, and the space was clean and well-equipped with both air conditioning and heating, plus a small additional heater for extra comfort. The doorman was incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely choose Capitalia properties again in the future!

  Great location right at Lincoln Park, on the 5th floor. Literally 2 minutes from all restaurants. The apartment is spacious. The bath amenities smell great. Bed is comfy. Kitchen appliances are great. Security guy is sometimes sleeping at night, but as the entrance door to the street is electronically locked, it still very safe. There is an elevator, which works well. Also, the department has a/c units, which also works as heater during winter.
  
  What could be improved: There is a lot of pipe noises from the apartment beside and/or below. Kind of spooky at first, then just annoying.
  Parking at the building's parking spots is on a first come first serve bases. Street parking has very limited availability (because of the local street life) and you will have to pay for it (best through a local app).
  I felt the price was a bit too steep for what it offered, still, the place is good.

  Very nice department with a huge terrace.
  The location is perfect (Right at Lincoln Park) and restaurants are in 1 minute walking distance. Also, the building is very safe, with security guard at the entrance. I loved the shower amenities' smell. Really great scent for men.

  What could be improved: There are certain things that should not be, however some of them are minor and did not really matter a lot, and I just put them down so the owner can follow-up.
  A) I could not make the dining a/c work. The switch was on, but the control or unit did not work.
  B) The door lock is literally opening at 4:00 pm. Not a second earlier. I arrived at 3:30 pm and had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes to be able to enter. That's nonsense. If the room is ready, why not give it to the customer before the official time? Also, as this is not stated anywhere, I thought they gave me the wrong code. Very unnecessary stress moments.
  C) Nobody ever answered the provided phone number, I tried several times. Just a record machine, which by the way has no space to leave more messages. So, there is no physical person to speak to in case something happens in the department.
  D) The a/c unit in the bedroom is very noisy. It actually disturbs sleeping, that loud it is.
  E) On top of the above, the wind blowing out from the bedroom a/c hits the blinds, which then bang on the window all night, which is even louder. At the end I had to turn the a/c off to be able to sleep.
  F) Hot water takes forever to heat up for a shower. I had to wait easily 3 minutes till the cold water turned hot.

  Huge, well maintained apartment with large balcony overlooking the park. The neighborhood is fancy and beautiful, filled with restaurants. This is on the quieter side of a small park and high enough up so there was no noise issue at all. Great food options steps away. Everything worked well – great shower. Doorman was very kind and helpful. Keypad entry was easy.
