  The room was so cute and big! Much nicer than I expected.

  Located right beside Parque Mexico; the greenspace is perfect for walking. Our hotel room had a great view of the downtown skyline and trees. Hotel is situated in La Condesa/Hípodromo colonia with access to many restaurants and cafes. Staff (Natalia) were very friendly and helpful. Nice balcony and rooftop terrace. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  The location is superb. Next to the park. So many things to eat. I use uber so am not sure about other transportation. Great for free laundry!!
  
  What could be improved: No A/C. When i was there the weather was chilling. So it is ok. But will be really hot in summer. No cleaning service. I was there for 6 days and did some laundry so i can wash my towel.

  I recently stayed at this peoperty and was very impressed by its exceptional location—close to everything I needed, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The cleanliness of the property also stood out; everything was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms.
  
  However, the beds were not very comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, there is no air conditioning, and while fans were provided, they were not powerful enough to keep the room cool, It would be a big improvement if they considered installing ceiling fans or upgrading to larger, more effective ones.
  
  Overall, it’s a great choice for location and cleanliness, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to comfort.
