  it's a great apartment in a very good neighborhood – the security staff were excellent and very helpful – convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants – kitchen was well equipped and there were four full bathrooms
  
  What could be improved: the bedrooms are on a second floor and the stairs were difficult to use (i.e., no handrails) especially for a Senior citizen – one of our group had to sleep on the sofa downstairs because he could not safely use the stairs

  I recently stayed at Kukun Apartments in the chic Polanco district in Mexico City, and I couldn't recommend it more! Polanco is a fantastic area with everything you need close by, including the best restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was well equipped with absolutely everything you could need and more. What I appreciated the most was how quiet and spacious it was, providing a peaceful retreat. Additionally, I left a dress behind, and the staff have been incredibly helpful in arranging to have it sent to another city. Overall, a highly recommendable place to stay if you're visiting Mexico City!

  Modern, spacious and clean apartment. All fornitures look as new. There's in general a comfort vibe that allows you to enjoy the stay. There are three toilets, distributed in two levels, TV's in rooms and living room. Good to have the Nespresso machine available (but more capsules would be best). Security is at the entrance 24hours and I could check in around midnight without problems. Also late check-out was granted by the personnel at Kukun, always available for any question.
  
  What could be improved: Small things to improve… some detached parquet boards, the safe box unusable…
  But the main thing is that the apartment is exposed to sunlight and has no A/C. I knew this when I booked (therefore no complaints) and I could manage it, but I suppose that for some guests this can be annoying. There are electric fans in the rooms, but not really effective.

  The best value for money! The hotel is located on a very beautiful quiet street, but close to good shopping centers. Therefore, you can have a good rest here. Good security, you can get into the hotel only through security. Downstairs there is a parking lot and a barbecue area, but I did not use it. Stylish and clean interior. Cool air even in the heat. The windows can be opened and ventilated, the street is quiet. There are tables for work, many sockets, a kitchen with utensils. Three modern TVs and other household appliances. We were checked in 1 hour early at our request. Everything was just perfect!
