  I was just missing a lock on the balcony door for safety when we were out in the city. Other than that everything was great.

  Great location in Roma Norte (cool area close to many restaurants/bars)
  The apartment was very clean.
  The staff in the apartment is very nice.
  
  What could be improved: It was hard to sleep due to the noise (there is a bar in the corner that is very loud). I was staying in the second floor, not sure if that was a factor

  The apartment was great: clean, modern, functional, centrally located and with 24h reception
  
  What could be improved: The shower door was not closing properly, so the bathroom gets flooded when taking shower. The problem is recurrent as there was water damage in the bathroom door

  Really spacious and comfy, although the gap under the front door means you can hear al your neighbours come and go. The kitchenette was better than I expected
  
  What could be improved: The shower leaks all over the floor so a mop up is required afterwards. The noise from the courtyard is loud on the weekends and you can hear it through the glass, the 5 hour blackout wasn’t too much fun either, the air con didn’t work and we weren’t informed before complaining about it.

  Nice apartment. Super clean and modern. Safe area in Roma Norte.
  
  What could be improved: Very noisy because they are working on a building nextdoor.
  You can use the microwave but you can barely cook eggs on the electric stove, has very low heat.
  The check out should be at 12 instead of 11 am.

  It was a decent location. I liked the apartment layout.
  
  What could be improved: They wanted me to send a picture of my passport through their website, which I found strange and invasive. They assured me that it's "common practice," which I've never had to do in all my traveling. Then they changed my room on me, and I walked into someone else's room with the coffee they gave me. Also, there was no deadbolt on the door, which made me feel a little unsafe.

  Property was centrally located. Front desk agent was very friendly and helpful The room itself is exactly what I expected and what I saw on the Booking.com website. The size of the room and overall layout was perfect enough for me.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in process was a bit laborious and confusing. As the hotel listing and reservation notifications and details reside on booking.com's platfrom, guests are used to getting this information from the booking.com app but the check-in instructions are separate and coming from the Wynwood reservation contact/platform.
