  The location and facilities were great. The rooms were very modern and much larger than typical hotel rooms. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We only once had an issue where there was no hot water, but it was fixed by the staff within 5min.

  I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Starting with the booking and great communication they had with us since the beginning made me feel like I was choosing the right spot, given that it was going to be my first time ever in CDMX. Since we arrived on May 3rd we were welcomed very nicely by the doorman and the receptionist, they were extremely attentive and took great care of our luggage as we explored the city since we arrived early. Throughout the entire stay we felt safe and well taken care of by the entire staff, given that our room was always clean, the noise was minimal, and there was always someone attentive at the entrance when we arrived or left early in the mornings. The location of this hotel was another of my favorite things we were walking distance to mostly all of the spots we had on our list that we had since on TikTok. I can’t wait to go back to CDMX and I know without a doubt I will be staying there again.

  We travelled with a big group of us for our wedding, this stay at Casa Cibeles was the perfect place for everyone to get their own room / apt and is centrally located, close to nearby restaurants and bars. It was clean and they also have drinking water available in the apartment. I also really appreciated the darker 'make up' towels for the toilet – we love these little details and it made us feel like we were coming home each night.
  
  What could be improved: We were missing a full length mirror in the 2 rooms that we stayed in so it was difficult to get ready, and had to share the mirror in the bathroom where the lighting isn't always the best.

  The location in Roma Norte was perfect.
  The room with terrace we had was really lovely, spotlessly clean, beautiful, simple decor, gorgeous spacious terrace (no view), with comfy seats and plants.

  Lovely, cheerful & helpful reception staff & doorman.

  Our family of three spent a week at Casa Cibeles and had a great experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the action, with countless restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. If you love exploring a city on foot, this is the perfect spot!
  
  The staff was wonderful, especially Lucia at the front desk and Jesus from security, who were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was very consistent—sometimes too much so, as they cleaned our room almost daily even when we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign up.
  
  As expected for such a lively area, there’s music from nearby bars at night. However, the hotel provides earplugs, which was a nice touch. Having lived in places like Waikiki and Miami, the noise didn’t bother us, but it’s something to consider for light sleepers.
  
  Overall, Casa Cibeles is a great choice for those who want a centrally located stay in CDMX with great service and a vibrant atmosphere!
