  Location was outstanding. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and had friendly security staff who made the location feel safe/secure.
  
  What could be improved: The only complaint I have is that the apartment had several lights out in the living room. Also, there were no extra blankets for warmth or pillows on the couch for additional comfort.

  Wonderful safe location with many little restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was well laid out with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen was good sized. We loved our stay and will recommend Kukun to others without hesitation!

  Loved how big and spacious everything was. The place was safe with a security guard on duty at all times. The beds were amazing and the shower space was good. There was a lot of closet space as well! It was close to alot of vintage stores in the area and good pasteries.
  
  What could be improved: One of the toilets had sewage backup and also no ventilation so the smell would linger in the hallways and into the rooms.

  Location was excellent, walking distance to lots of beautiful shops, restaurants and bars. The neighbourhood felt overall very safe. The whole apartment was generous size and a there were a good amount of bathrooms for the group. It was clean on arrival. We received the door code in advance. 24hr security was present onsite which is always reassuring.
  
  What could be improved: It was very hot when we stayed and air conditioning would have been more ideal than the fans for overnight. Beds and pillows were a bit hard and we went through all the towels quite quickly. Hot water only worked on the first day (but we were not really bothered by this due to the heat, so we didn't worry about getting it fixed during our stay).

  Spacious and stylish and safe. Fantastic location in Roma.
  
  What could be improved: The main problem was that we received no self-check in code by the time we arrived in Mexico. Our flight landed at 11.45pm and we phoned, emailed and texted many times with no reply so we were about to book into the Hilton at the airport when finally the code was sent through at 1.15am. This caused a lot of stress and a bad start to our trip.
  Towels and bed sheets were not changed all week and it would have been a nice gesture to have some fruit or something there to welcome us.

  Room 101 was excellent, location was great, very well stocked, had everything I needed.
  
  What could be improved: They will not clean up until you leave, so if you have an extended stay and want it picked up. You might need to make alternative arrangements.
