  I thought the breakfast was great.
  
  What could be improved: I thought the location was okay, as single women staying alone I didn't like you had to knock in order for someone to open the door for you. The area was quiet and I didn't feel comfortable, I wouldn't say it is not safe though. The staff was okay. There was only person and the security guards were super friendly. There was no vibe as you walk in. It was just okay, I didn't love it. I wanted to, but it was just okay for me.

  Comfortable low key place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good as well. Close to metro and restaurants. We did a lot of walking as neighborhood is quite nice.

  What could be improved: – Room rate is quoted in US dollars and then re-calculated in pesos by staff at a rate 6% above the ATM or actual published exchange rate. Instead of $314.05 we were charged $333.24. (No transaction fee was charged by our bank.) This unethical sleight of hand is only evident to financially savvy travelers. I complained and received a refund. Management confirmed that they will only refund if guests are “unhappy” with their practice.
  – Room #3 was cramped and so close to reception that you could hear every conversation. Unheated bathroom was freezing and drafty in December. Very sparse amenities: 1/2l carafe of drinking water, one hand towel for 2 persons.
  – Breakfast was stingy and unimaginative and, for a “foodie” city, shockingly tasteless. When we had to leave at 7:30am for the airport the promised early or to-go breakfast never materialized. The dining room with coffee machine was locked.

  Incredible location- we walked everywhere we wanted to go in Roma. The staff was wonderful, providing great recommendations and making sure we had what we needed.

  Lovely property, delightful staff, great location for restaurants and bars.
  
  What could be improved: The room lacked a window, and backed onto a property that appeared to be a nightclub. As a result, it was extremely noisy, and a white noise machine and earplugs were provided in a vain attempt to compensate. The hotel were obviously aware of the problem and do not rent this room out at weekends because of it. But we were there on a Thursday night and the noise was still deafening all night long, possibly because it was the Christmas period so extra events were taking place. Worth checking in advance that the hotel will guarantee that there will be no room noise before booking.
