  The apartment is very spacious with a king sized bed and fully equipped kitchen. It is perfect for long-term stays. It is located on a quiet street in walking distance of polanquito, chapultepec, supermarkets and opposite the German embassy, which was perfect for us.
  
  What could be improved: These are self contained flats, not a hotel and the caretaker takes care of everything. Little details bring this place down- you only get 1 soap, 1 shampoo and 1 loo roll and there was no drinking water available. The pillows are small, lumpy and need replacing. Check-out time is 11am and NOT 12 as is stated by booking.com. There didn't seem to be a cleaning service offered during our stay. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours walking around.

  It's well located, it has laundry facilities and cable tv.
  
  What could be improved: The matress and pillows are awful. The toilet's water tank takes an eternity to fill up and cleaning needs to improve since there were several cobwebs in the apartment.

  The only positive point is the personnel (housekeeping and guard). It was very clean.
  
  What could be improved: The place is very noisy. You can sleep only between 2 AM and 4 AM. Before and after is impossible due to the noise from the street. I asked to move to another flat in the back of the building, normally smaller and cheaper without asking for a refund for the difference, but the manager refused even if the flat stayed empty during my stay.
  I was there in November and the temperature inside was never more than 16 °C, 60°F.
  When I made the reservation, there is a bathtub in the description but only a shower.
  I contacted Booking and the client service explained to me they can't help me because the owner is a private person and not a hotel. The apartments are managed by a real estate group that owns several buildings in CDMX
