  La ubicación es ideal para la zona. Muchos lugares a unos cuantos pasos.
  
  What could be improved: El lugar parecía que había estado sin mantenimiento. Aunque relativamente parecía limpio, a detalle tanto el piso como los muebles tenían polvo. Al llegar no contábamos con internet ni agua caliente, hasta el segundo día de la estancia. El departamento sí es cómodo y la zona es muy buena, sin embargo, por el precio esperarías que esos detalles no hubieran estado.

  What could be improved: 1) el departamento no tenía calefacción y nos morimos de frío, tampoco había mantas o plumones para abrigarse .
  2) el equipamiento de la cocina muy básico, compramos un vino y no había descorchador
  3) la primera pieza , el colchón del lado del lado de la ventana estaba hundido ( se formaba un hoyo)
  4) en las duchas los pisos no eran antideslizantes , fácil caerse

  What could be improved: El frío que hacía en la casa, no está acondicionado para meses como Diciembre, nos levantamos y estábamos a 15 grados. Faltaba equipamiento cocina, un cuchillo de cocina. Me robaron dinero 5.000 pesos y 200€

  The check in process was simple as the door code was given prior to arriving. The doorman, which has to let you in, made us feel secure and welcomed us! We had just come from a long journey, so we were stunned to see how beautiful the property was. There were three rooms and four bathrooms which was perfect for our group of 8! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needed, so we just went on a short walk to Walmart/Costco to get some food for the next couple of days. Everything was very clean upon arrival and I loved that there were QR codes to explain how to use the amenities. Bonus: there was a washer and dryer inside! Overall everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return! We truly felt at home at Casa Horacio!
  
  What could be improved: There was still construction/remodeling going on in the rooms above us, so the workers would play music really loud which would wake us up.
