  the location is excellent! there are tons of restaurants, a great coffee shop right on property, and it's on a beautiful park that we walked through every evening

  The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful and safe. Honestly, it’s a beautiful building and the people were so welcoming
  
  What could be improved: There was construction noise from next-door. But since we were out all day, it didn’t bother us too much.

  Great location right across the street from the lovely Parque Mexico, beautiful apt with everything you need, nice size apt, couch, seating and bed are comfortable. The kitchen looked well-stocked, but we didn't use it much as we were out exploring everyday. Note – there is only an AC unit in the bedroom (but it works well). I also loved the digital keyless entry (nice to not have to worry about losing a key!). The staff are SO nice and accommodating. Lovely to have a security guard on-site 24/7, felt very safe. They were able to store our luggage on our last day before our evening flight.
  
  What could be improved: Not the hotel's fault, but there was construction next door, which started around 8:30am daily and it was LOUD. Our friend had a room across the hall from us, closer to the construction and the bulldozer was right at his window! It was impossible to even have a conversation with the noise of the jack hammer.

  The location is fantastic. There are many restaurants and bars all along the block. The beautiful Parque Mexico is across the one way street. The hotel has really good security, but the area is very safe, too. There is a Walmart two blocks away for any groceries required. The hotel was recently changed from a condo to a hotel, so everything is new and well kept. The roof top sitting area is great for afternoon drinks or an escape to read emails etc.
  
  What could be improved: The property next door was damaged by the 2017 earthquake and has been demolished to make way for a new condo. There is a lot of construction noise, but it never started until 8:30 AM and ended at 4:30 PM, and none on Sunday. Times when we were away exploring anyway. I highly recommend the property for long stays as well.

  The style, location, staff, and security. Right across from the park with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and of course the best street tacos/tortas! Very central to most attractions. Will definitely stay again!
  
  What could be improved: Not the property’s fault. The construction next door was dusty and noisy. Started at 8am every morning even on the weekends.

  Great location, across the street from a beautiful park. Many restaurants and cafes in the area. Roof top patio was nice. Access to a washer and dryer. Apartment was tastefully decorated. A/C worked well. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Security in the building 27/7 and was friendly.
  
  What could be improved: We were supposed to have a private terrace. Host was a bit rushed. Sofa wasn't very comfortable.
