  Best safe location, clean hotel nice rooms. Splurge for a room with terrace it’s worth it to have breakfast on it. Friendly staff. Helped us get all our close washed.

  What could be improved: There are steps to get in with your luggage, a ram would be a good idea. However they immediately come to help you with your luggage when you are there.

  The staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was well appointed and the products in the bathroom were very nice. The added touches of free snacks and a soft drink minibar was nice. The location of the hotel in Polanco was great.
