  • Alina from United States – 18 April 2025 (8/10)

Location and room. I hit upgrade for free so it was awesome bonus. The reception stuff was awesome. Helped me with everything.

What could be improved: I didn’t like stuff on breakfast. The girl wasn’t nice. I did get everything myself. But I saw them then meeting other guests and explaining what was free and what wasn’t. Nobody came to me. I just thought it was rude.

  • Meganne from United States – 17 February 2025 (8/10)

The food was so amazing! Blew me away!

What could be improved: I wasn't able to get the hot tub, hot! Was definitely my fault though. I could have asked!

  • David from United Kingdom – 19 January 2025 (8/10)

Brilliant location in Polanco. Very close to metro and restaurants/shops. Useful gym in 5th floor with a few machines. Breakfast is tasty and has a nice array of options. Staff were always responsive to questions. Bed was comfy and shower was good with quick hot water and good pressure.

What could be improved: Hairdryer broken on arrival (though it was replaced) and our window door was also broken on arrival and couldn't close. Rooms a little on dated side and bathrooms could use update.
