  The staff and security took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is in the heart of Roma Norte and is walking distance to many local restaurants and bars!

  The property was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. The onsite security were awesome and made the property feel safe and secure.

  Very nicely styled and spacious kitchen, great to have a steamer, fully equipped kitchen etc.

  We fled to this property from another place in Condesa and so could compare. We were relieved by how quiet and cool the rooms were. We also much preferred Roma Norte to Condesa.

  Instructions to find the apartments were very clear, and staff were available to meet us and check us in when we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. We also had clothes washing facilities on site which were very useful. The apartment was located in a beautiful part of the city, away from the most central / touristy / louder area but close to lots of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes.
  
  What could be improved: The water pressure in the shower could've been slightly stronger.

  The apartment and the building is stylish and well equipped. It was nice to have space for a week long stay and the extra touches like the terrace and gym make it feel homely. It felt very safe with 24-hour security on site who were very friendly. There are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby in Roma Norte. We had the best stay.
  
  What could be improved: Despite arriving 2 hours after check in, there was a delay with our room being ready which was disappointing.

  24/7 doorman was a plus as was the electronic entry into suite=no key to manage. Suite (two bedrooms, kitchen, sitting area) was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, nice sheets and hot water on demand shower. Management was helpful and friendly. Centrally located to great restaurants, good shopping and sites. Would definitely stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: Our suite bedroom was located in front along the busy one way road, so it was very noisy in the morning from 7am. Would ask for a different room next time. Earbuds blocked out the noise, however. Other than that, a great place.

  We loved so much about Casa Olivia – location, interior, helpful staff…
  I made a mistake on my booking and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They obviously didn't have to so we were very touched by their kindness and hospitality.

  The staff was exceptional. I was sick one morning and one of the staff was kind to bring me some bolillo. It did the truck and I was able to enjoy the rest of the day. I learned about "bolillo para el susto."
  
  The amenities were great. Our room was clean. I enjoyed seeing the staff clean the area rugs in the patio area.
  
  The location of Casa Oliva was great to getting to other parts of Mexico City. It was great for finding quick bites, a bank, nicer restaurants and the arena for Lucha Libre was a short walk away.
  
  What could be improved: There was a bit more street noise than I expected. I would encourage ear plugs for lighter sleepers.
